Her May – June 2025“Apo Michanis” Theatre A cry against gender-based violence. Prompted by the increasing cases of femicides in Greece, the group created a work of social and emotional substance, in which fear, silence, and resistance are expressed through dreamlike and embodied states. Within a landscape created by female bodies coexisting harmoniously, a male presence introduces violence into their world, gradually marking it in a way that slowly unfolds and escalates. Which are the masks of violence, and how easily can they be recognized? Can we truly bring the cycle of violence to an end? And if so, what does this mean for those who take on the responsibility? A performance that breaks the silence and calls on the audience to experience and to speak out. CREATOR’S NOTE Inspired by the well-known myth of the Nymphs and Pan, an approach emerged that does not aim for a realistic depiction but rather a dreamlike, atmospheric creation. The work seeks to generate a collective social experience and to reflect the imprint of violence on the female body. The story that unfolds was written and curated in the form of scenes and movement-based acts, both by the creator and by the female performers of the work, so that the female lived experience remains respected and receives the space it deserves.

Trvma February 2023Kallirois Theatre Psychic erosion, invisible wounds, and the dynamics of retraumatization. How is trauma imprinted on the body and memory? How does it shape the way we move, relate, and perceive the world? And ultimately, how do we overcome it? The stage action focuses precisely on this embodied memory, with the performers revealing the mechanism through which trauma is unconsciously reproduced — like an internal loop that repeats again and again. The work does not offer easy answers. Instead, it creates a field of awareness in which the audience does not remain an external observer. The experience functions as a mirror: spectators are moved, recognizing patterns, silences, and tensions that resonate with their own memories. The personal becomes collective, and the stage becomes a place of shared recognition, vulnerability, and — perhaps — healing. CREATOR’S NOTEThe body experiences trauma throughout time, both physically and psychologically. Since the moment humans began creating stories and images, trauma has been a fundamental source of inspiration. In our work we follow the journey of a body through the world of trauma, as it is shaped by the collective archetypal images of humanity. Sleeping Beauties June 2025BAGKEION Presentation within the framework of the “Passages” Festival An Ode to the Senses DESCRIPTION The performance “Sleeping Beauties” was presented as a movement-based interpretive act within the Passages festival, organized at the historic Bagkeion Hotel by graduates of the Athens School of Fine Arts. The work unfolded as a ritualistic event dedicated to the five fundamental human senses — touch, hearing, sight, taste, and smell — transforming the space into a field of experience rather than mere observation. CREATOR’S NOTE The performance “Sleeping Beauties” was created from the need to explore the five human senses. The approach focused on an experiential immersion in sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste, while at the same time developing characters that touched upon the imaginary and the mythical. It is a work of sensual intoxication and surrender to the senses — those that render the body consciously alive and place it fully within life.

Ateles (Incomplete) June 2023Kallirois Theatre The concept of the eternal and the cyclical. ATELÉS is a hymn to the fluidity that permeates both nature and humanity. Life and death move together, continuously recreating the world and transforming the body. The performance explores states that never reach a definitive end but repeat endlessly — like the flow of nature, our inner conflicts, or the eternal struggle between good and evil. Through the circularity of movement and the poetic quality of the stage action, ATELÉS offers an existential experience close to the truth of nature and the human condition.  CREATOR’S NOTE ATELÉS examines the concept of change as a fundamental characteristic of the natural course of things. As forces encounter one another through the bodies, the world becomes a continuous sequence that neither aims nor seeks a destination, but simply moves eternally. On stage, a world is created that transitions organically from one landscape to another, while all landscapes are formed by human bodies.

Passage (Perasma) December 2022Art Space “b612”  The Path of All PASSAGE was an artistic attempt to interpret transition: from trauma to healing, from the old to the new, from silence to voice. It is a deeply transformative performance that combines minimalism with intensity and physicality with introspection, approaching the idea of transition not as a linear journey but as a spiral movement of inner transformation. From the earthly to the metaphysical, death is undoubtedly a point in the life of every living organism and every experience that challenges the human mind. Is it necessary? Is there continuity for those who cross the threshold? And how is it ultimately experienced on a subconscious level? CREATOR’S NOTEThe idea initially emerged as a commentary on the experience of a funeral, and it evolved into a journey from the end of one life to the beginning of another, with particular emphasis on continuity. The central elements of the work included the funeral, mourning, the ritual of resurrection, natural continuity, and the imaginative creation of the human mind.
